The usual practice within oil and gas for Process containment is the use of critical
Assets such as Piping/Pipelines, Vessel, and tanks. Regular checks, examinations and
evaluation of integrity of these assets are crucial for safe operation, plant
reliability and business sustainability.
The critical examination and evaluation of an Asset to ascertain its condition and
sustainability for continue use is called INSPECTION and it is one of those activities
designed to ensure everything produced remains in the “pipeline”. Inspection is usually
done daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly, 5-yearly depending on country regulatory
or international standards.
Our Inspection program focuses on in-service inspection of Above-ground Storage Tanks
(AST), Pressure Vessels (PV) and Process Piping (on-plot) with various tools designed
